Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. This must be paid in order to reschedule. There is a 15 minute grace period for clients who are running late. After the 15 minutes, we may need to cancel (resulting in a 50% cancellation fee) or adjust the appointment. No shows without any notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee and no longer being able to book. These policies are put in place to respect the time of all of my clients and to ensure everyone gets the time that they are paying for. Thank you so much!
